Sponsors sustain the mission, programming, and training activities of the INS. Sponsors receive specific benefits by support level and all sponsors receive the following recognitions:

Meeting Support

Individuals and organizations can provide support for the INS Annual Meeting that convenes several hundred attendees each year. Possible sponsorship opportunities include but are not limited to:

General Sponsorship – Receive recognition in meeting materials and on-site signage; Opportunities to distribute promotional materials to members and meeting attendees.

Public Program – Sponsor a free, public discussion on an engaging and accessible neuroethics topic for the local community.

Poster Reception – Sponsor the poster reception, open to all attendees and held on Friday immediately after the final scientific session.

Host a Meal – Sponsor a breakfast or lunch when all attendees are gathered on Friday to hear scientific sessions.

Advertise – Introduce your organization or program to meeting attendees through print and digital products.

Travel Stipends / Registration Waivers – Provide support to individuals to defray the cost of attending the annual meeting, including speakers, students, young professionals, and members from outside North America.

Enduring Materials – Support the video capture of full sessions or the creation of podcasts or videos covering specific activities or thematic topics at the meeting.

Professional Development – Sponsor a workshop offering skills training, topical education, or focused discussions for a group of attendees.

The INS publicly acknowledges all support on our website and in publications or programs,
whenever appropriate. Receipt of support does not imply INS’s endorsement of the donor or
its products, services or policies. In compliance with IRS regulations, no goods or services are
received in return for donations. The International Neuroethics Society confirms its 501(c)(3)
nonprofit status under FEIN number 20-5230980.
