Registration

Registration gives you access to the full schedule of events for the 2022 INS Annual Meeting. Only those who registered in advance are able to attend the meeting in Montreal or participate virtually. 

Pricing

The 'high-income' and 'low/middle' (low-income and middle-income) terms used in the tables above refer to economy designations by country as defined by the World Bank. People who reside, study, or work in a country included in the low- and middle-income categories — or are originally from or consider it to be their home country — are eligible for the lower rates advertised in these columns.

In-person Attendance

Only 125 spaces are available for in-person attendance. If this maximum is reached, the link to the registration form will be shifted to the wait list signup form. There is no limit to virtual attendance.

Discounts

We offer the following stipends and registration discounts for groups and individuals. Contact Karen Graham ([email protected]) to discuss these options and available pricing.

  • Stipends for registration and travel costs are available for investigators with an accepted abstract.
  • Discounted prices available for groups of 5+ people from the same institution paying together.
  • Reduced pricing for student groups from a high school or a college course or department. 
  • Accommodations based on financial need, reviewed by the INS Executive Committee.

Cancellation

Notice of cancellation and requests for a refund must be received by staff by October 15, 2022. A cancellation processing fee will be deducted from all refunds: $20 for students, trainees, and postdocs; and $30 for regular members and non-members. Email Karen Graham ([email protected]) to cancel your registration and request a refund.

Travel

Hotel — The INS has an open block contract with Hotel 10 Montreal. See the travel webpage for the preferential rates and a partial list of other hotels in downtown Montreal near the meeting venue.
