General Sponsorship Sponsors can provide funding to underwrite the cost of organizing and hosting the annual meeting. General funds are used to pay for staff and consultants who coordinate meeting logistics, vendor and catering expenses, and other expenditures associated with holding an in-person or virtual event. Support a Session The annual meeting is comprised of numerous sessions, workshops, and networking and professional development activities for students and professionals. Sponsors can support a specific session — either one already planned or a session developed in collaboration with the Program Committee. See the program from the online 2021 INS Annual Meeting for the range of sessions we organize and review the 2022 meeting theme for the overall focus of our conference this November. Stipends for Travel / Registration As an international association and community, it is essential that we offer financial assistance to aspiring students, early career professionals, and scholars. Many investigators would not be able to attend our meeting and present their work without a stipend to help defray the costs of travel and registration. The generous support from sponsors and donors is a great way to support newcomers to the field and help investigators in underresourced or marginalized communities reach their peers from around the world. Donations of all sizes are welcome! Poster Presentations and Reception Sponsoring poster presentation sessions and a corresponding reception is a great way to support aspiring investigators who seek to network and share their scholarship with colleagues from around the world. Sponsors who support poster presentation activities get great visibility with students and early career professionals — as well as leading experts in the neuroethics field — with signage in the on-site poster hall as well as branding included in our virtual poster exhibit space. Host a Meal Sponsors can also host a breakfast, lunch, or coffee during open networking. Sponsoring a meal is a great way to raise awareness about your organization's work, and it importantly helps keep costs lower for attending students and trainees. Enduring Materials Support the video capture of full sessions or the creation of podcasts or videos covering specific activities or thematic topics at the meeting.
