2022 INS Annual Meeting
Montreal, Canada + Virtual
November 2-4, 2022

Registration gives you access to the full schedule of events for this year's annual meeting. You must register in advance to attend the meeting in Montreal or to participate virtually.

Virtual registration is now open. Virtual pricing is below.

In-person registration will open soon. In-person pricing is below.

Attendance Limits

Only 125 spaces are available for in-person attendance. Due to this limitation and because we have received an unprecedented number of abstracts, we will be holding a staged registration process.

Investigators with invitations to give a talk will get priority access and should register promptly after receiving an email with a link to register. Please note that not all investigators with an accepted abstract will be able to attend the meeting in person. If we reach the maximum number of in-person participants, we will be organizing a wait list.

There will be no limit to virtual attendance. For virtual participants: activities will be held synchronously on November 2, 3 and 4. Be sure to check your local time for all sessions to make sure you will be able to participate. Please be aware that a reliable internet connection capable of streaming video is required to view and contribute. Sessions will be held on Zoom.

Wait List

Only 125 spaces are available for in-person attendance. We encourage you to register as soon as you receive an invite to register — expected in late July. If this maximum is reached, we will be organizing a wait list. More details will be announced. There will be no limit to virtual attendance.

Due to the global pandemic or other unforeseen circumstances, there remains a chance that the meeting will need to be conducted completely online. We sincerely hope to avoid any cancellation of in-person activities. However, if adjustments are required, the INS commits to conducting an engaging online conference for participants located around the world. Anyone who registered at the in-person rate will be refunded to the amount required for virtual participation.

The 'high-income' and 'low/middle' (low-income and middle-income) terms used in the tables above refer to economy designations by country as defined by the World Bank. People who reside, study, or work in a country included in the low- and middle-income categories — or are originally from or consider it to be their home country — are eligible for the lower rates advertised in these columns.
